Pastoral Visitation – St.
Anthony Friary & Parish, Hosanagar
Provincial Minister undertook pastoral visitation of the fraternity at St.
Anthony’s Friary and Church, Hosanagar on 13th and 14th August 2021. The
Guardian, Rev. Fr Simon Horta and Fr Johnson extended a warm welcome to Fr
John Alwyn Dias, Provincial Minister along with Fr Elvin Lopes, Provincial
Secretary. The Visitation began with the introductory talk by Provincial,
followed by the personal meetings. The community animated Holy Hour in the
evening. Provincial Minister celebrated the Holy Eucharist on 14th August
2021. He appreciated the friars for their dedicated services and meeting the
spiritual needs of the people. He thanked them for undertaking all the
developmental works that has brought new facelift to the friary as well as
to the Church. The Pastoral Visitation was concluded with a short prayer and
benediction.
