INDEPENDENCE DAY: 15th
August 2024
St Clare School celebrated Independence Day on 15th August 2023. All the
students gathered in the Primary school ground at 8.00 am in the morning.
Immediately after Saluting the Indian flag and paying respect to the
National Flag all sang the National Anthem. Fr Stephen explained about the
importance of the day by speaking few words on Independence Day thereafter
all proceeded to Akuluto Zero point to celebrate the Independence Day. The
ADC of Akuluto, Mr Atsungba was the chief guest of the day. Several
Programmes were put up by the people of Akuluto and students of schools
around the town, in the open ground to celebrate the Independence Day in a
grandeur way. St Clare students partook in the parade Presentation,
Patriotic dance, Creative Segment: Tribute to freedom fighters and Musical
Skit: Unity in Diversity.
