CHRISTMAS
CELEBRATION AT SACCIDANANDA The grand festive ceremony of the Christmas Vigil Mass
begun on the 24th of December at 8.30 p.m. in front of the Crib
designed by Br. Santhosh Castelino, scholastic, at the entrance of
Saccidananda. Rev. Fr. Joseph Dolphy Pais, Provincial Minister of
Holy Trinity Province – Karnataka was the main celebrant, who
blessed the Crib and invited the faithful to proceed towards the
chapel as the celebrant took the baby Jesus with the Procession
leading to the Altar. The celebrant in his homily described the
purpose of the mystery of the Incarnation and our disposition to
cooperate in His Incarnation. The melodious choir as led by Br.
Santhosh Castelino added further beauty to the liturgy. After the
meaningful Holy Eucharist, the guardian Fr. Joachim D’souza thanked
the faithful for their presence and support in making this liturgy
meaningful especially for spending their valuable time in practicing
the choir, well in advance. He also requested the faithful to gather
in the Refectory for the refreshment and wishing MERRY CHIRSTMAS.
