Programme on Life Skills
Capuchin Krishik Seva Kendra ®, Vimukti, Banakal Unit organized a training
programme on Life Skills to the Childern of Prarthana Children Children Club
and Jnanajyothi Children Club on 31st December 2017 at Chegu Village,
Mudigere Taluk, Chikkamagaluru District.
The Programme began with a prayer song invoking God’s Blessings. The
lighting of the lamp was done by the Grama Panchayath member of Banakal Ms.
Bharathi.
The resource person Fr. Vincent D’ Souza, Director, Vimukti, Banakal
highlighted the most important aspect of Life Skills especially in Children.
The children need to apply life skills in their day to day life and have a
holistic growth. They should strive towards progress and make use of the
opportunities that are available whenever it is possible. Ms. Bharathi, the
Grama Panchayath member of Banakal encouraged the children to develop their
talents and prepare for their future career.
Ms. Sunanda, Animator of the Children Club welcomed the Chief Guest, the
Resource person and the participants. Master Divin, President of Prarthana
Children Club rendered the vote of thanks. Ms Bhagyashree, President of
Jnanajyothi Children Club compared the programme.
