POTHNAL - P.T.A. MEETING
PTA meeting happened to be on 3rd july-2017, it started at 11:30 Am.
Headmaster Rev. Fr. Sunil Dominic lobo, Asst. Headmaster Rev. Fr. Sunil and
the SDMC President Mr. Solomon honored the stage. Meeting took an opening
with a prayer dance Main objective of the P.T.A. meeting was to give
information to parents about rules and regulations of school, the minutes of
last P.T.A. meeting was read by Mrs. Sujatha teacher. Firstly Headmaster
wished parents and thanked them for coming and admitting their children in
the school The Headmaster gave information about school in detail, He
provided clear explanation mentioned in the school. prospectus. He explained
about the GMT smart school, Music and Karate classes from july. Headmaster
gave chance to parents to share their thoughts and queries. He explained
that the main reason for the failure of students is late admission to
school. He also requested parents to admit children to Pre-kg at the age of
3 years. Headmaster assured parents that all the students will be given
equal education and importance. He also told that no personal favoritism
will be entertained. He announced that the school annual day will be on 15th
December. He explained about school fee structure, and told parents that
weak students have to get admitted to hostels. Eventually Father asked
parents to meet him personally for other queries and requests. Rev. Fr.
Sunil presented the vote of thanks and thanked each and everyone.
