Feast of the Holy Trinity
Saccidananda

The glory of God in its profound richness and in simple communion of
three persons in one Godhead was celebrated today in Saccidananda as our
Province is dedicated to the patronage of the Most Holy Trinity.
A solemn thanksgiving Eucharist was presided over By Rev. Fr Joe
Mathias, the Rector of St Peter Pontifical Seminary, Bangalore along
with Rev. FR Joseph Dolphy Pais, our Provincial, his councilors, the
community members and a number of guest priests. The homily directed the
faithful to be inspired by the virtue of loving unity which is
manifested in the Triune God. The celebration was beautified by a
melodious choir by the Theologians of Darshan Institute of Theology,
Bangalore, guided by Fr Salvador Fernandes, the Rector and the presence
of a number of faithful from near and far.
Rev. Fr Joseph Menezes, our beloved Parish Priest who served his tenure
at Assumption Parish Church, Rajajinagar was facilitated at the occasion
as he is heading to take up his new responsibility as the Rector at
Infant Jesus Shrine, Viveknagar.
Fr Provincial, gratefully remembered all the people who have been
accompanying us in our journey of life and in our mission of spreading
the Gospel and Fr Robin Victor thanked the gathering for making the
celebration a memorable one.
A sumptuous spread at the dining hall was an added flavor to the
celebration.
