THE 6th PROVINCIAL DELEGATION ASSEMBLY OF CHRIST THE KING DELEGATION
MIZORAM, TRIPURA & BARAK VALLEY REGION - JUNE 2022
The 6th Provincial Delegation Assembly was officially inaugurated with
the celebration of the Holy Eucharist on June 23, 2022 at St. Francis
Xavier Friary, Kanhmun, Mizoram. The Delegation will participate this
Assembly for three days with the theme "Communion, Participation and
Mission - A Synodal Journey in the light of the Evangelical counsels".
While thanking God, the 6th provincial Delegation Assembly, comprising
of 23 members, is going to underline its successful back-to-back 25
years in its realm of living true brotherhood in the footprints of St.
Francis of Assisi’s spirit of evangelization, tireless missionary zeal,
and imparting education to children etc. This prestigious event is going
to witness the expressions of gratitude to one another, sharing of
ideas, appreciations to the pioneers who are serving since its
inception, innovative and dynamic suggestions, recommendations, and
plans for the further growth of the delegation and above all thanking
and praising God Almighty for His Showers of blessings.
Christ the King Delegation remains indebted to Rev. Fr. Dr. Alwyn Dias
OFM Cap the Provincial Minister of Holy Trinity Province Karnataka for
being the president and the moderator of the assembly and for delivering
pertinent information on the acts and decisions of the 9th Provincial
Chapter, Statutes of the Province and Ratio Formationis of the Order.
