Teacher Training Seminar Held at St Clare School, Akuluto – Nagaland
A teacher training seminar was successfully conducted at St Clare
Auditorium, Akuluto, on 7th March 2026. All the teachers gathered at 8:30
a.m. to participate in the programme. The seminar was conducted by Fr
Santhosh SDB from Salesian B.Ed College, who served as the resource person
for the day.
During the session, Fr Santhosh shared valuable insights on modern teaching
methods, classroom management, and the importance of motivating students for
holistic development. He encouraged teachers to adopt creative and student-centered
approaches in their classrooms. The seminar was thought-provoking and
inspired the teachers with many new ideas to enhance the teaching–learning
process.
Teachers actively participated in discussions and shared their experiences,
making the session lively and interactive. The seminar concluded with a note
of gratitude to the resource person for his enriching guidance and
encouragement to educators
