Minister Provincial Fr. Dolphy Pais at the Chapter of Foggia, Italy The Foggia Capuchin Province of St. Pio celebrated its 128th Provincial
Chapter from 1st to 5th of May. Fr. Dolphy Joseph Pais, the Minister
Provincial of Holy Trinity Province, Karnataka participated in the same as a
Guest and as an observer. Frs. J. B. Sequeira and Denis Prakash Lobo took
part in this Chapter as Capitulars. During this Elective Chapter Fr.
Maurizio Placentino was elected as the new Minister Provincial of Foggia.
Fr. Dolphy Pais, in his discourse, expressed his satisfaction and joy over
the three and half years of mutual personal collaboration between the two
provinces. He thanked the Major Superiors and the friars of the Foggia
Province for accommodating the Indian friars with such cordial and fraternal
attitude. Fr. Dolphy also presented, through a power point, a short
documentary on the missionary extension undertaken by the Karnataka
province.
