NCYM OF NAGALAND UNIVERSITY LUMAMI, BIDS FAREWELL TO SENIORS
The Catholic youth of Nagaland University bid farewell to Seniors on Sunday
26th May 2024, who were doing their studies in different departments. Fr
Stephen Dsouza Parish Priest of St Clare Church, Akuluto presided over the
solemn Eucharist on the feast of day of Holy Trinity. In the introduction he
thanked all the seniors for their lively participation in liturgy for the
past two years always willing to do anything to make the liturgy meaningful.
Fr James Furtado Asst Parish Priest of St Clare Church Akuluto beautifully
preached homily on the mystery of holy Trinity. “He said as Trinity is
united, we also need to work in unity to work wonders and bring glory to
God.” A felicitation programme was held on the occasion of farewell, during
which as a token of love and appreciation seniors were honored with gifts by
the juniors. The Programme was concluded with the Fellowship meal prepared
by the juniors.
