Terms & Conditions for Mass Requests

Welcome to our Mass Request service. By submitting a Mass intention, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose of Mass Requests

Mass requests (Mass intentions) are offered for spiritual purposes such as thanksgiving, special intentions, or remembrance of the deceased.

2. Submission of Requests

• All Mass requests must be submitted with accurate details.
• The Provincialate Office reserves the right to edit or shorten intentions if necessary.

3. Scheduling

• Mass intentions will be scheduled based on availability.
• Specific dates may be requested but are not guaranteed.

4. Offerings

• Offerings are voluntary and support the Church and its ministries.
• Payment, once made, is generally non-refundable.

5. Changes & Cancellations

• Requests for changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• The Provincialate Office reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Conduct & Respect

All intentions must be respectful and in accordance with Catholic values and Chruch Canon Law. Offensive or inappropriate submissions will not be accepted.

7. Privacy

Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for processing Mass requests.

8. Acceptance

By submitting a Mass request, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
