Awareness on the
Importance of the Education of the Girl Child
On 6th November 2017, Capuchin Krishik Seva Kendra ® Vimukti,
Banakal organize an awareness programme on the Importance of the
Eduction of the Girl Child in Baggasagodu village for the members of
Self Help Groups. The Programme began at 4-00 p.m. with a prayer
song. Fr. Charles Furtado, Professor of Moral Theology and Mission
secretary of Holy Trinity province, Karnataka was the resource
person. He enlightened the participants the need of educating the
Girl Child and think about the holistic development of the girl
child. 38 women participated in this awareness programme. The
programme was conclude at 5-30 p.m. with vote of Thanks.
