Competitions and
Games to the SHG members of Sabli Village : Vimukti, Banakal
On 24th November 2017, Capuchin Krishik Seva Kendra ®, Vimukti,
Banakal organized Talents Day for the SHG members of Sabli Village.
Fr. Albert D’ Silva, the parish priest of Banakal Church was the
Chief Guest for the programme. The programme began at 10-00 a.m.
with a prayer song. Fr. Albert D Silva, the Parish Priest of Banakal
Church inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp. He insisted
the need to develop the leadership qualities in all women in order
to bring changes in the society. 48 Self Help Group members of Sabli
village of Mudigere Taluk were the participants. Competitions and
games were held for the participants such as singing, blowing the
balloons, bursting the balloons, craft through news papers and so
on. Fr. Vincent D Souza, the project director of Vimukti, Banakal
and Staff members conducted the competitions and games. Prizes were
distributed to the winners by the Chief Guest Fr. Albert D Silva.
The programme was concluded with vote of thanks followed by meals to
the participants.
