Pastoral Visitation
of St Padre Pio Shrine and Friary, Misaali, Masaka, Uganda - 19
October 2021
The Provincial Minister, Br John Alwyn Dias had the pastoral
visitation of the fraternity of St Padre Pio Shrine and Friary,
Misaali, Masaka, Uganda on 19th October 2021. The Guardian of the
community, Br Anthony Eyuk, Br Adolf Omitta and Br Joseph welcomed
Provincial warmly along with the Provincial Treasurer, Br Vijesh
Menezes and Provincial Secretary, Br Elvin Lopes. Provincial met the
brothers of the community personally. He visited the shrine and the
surroundings and joined the community for common prayers. He
addressed the community encouraging them and rendered his fraternal
guidance and suggestions. The brothers were appreciated for their
committed services for the local devotes of St Padre Pio in the
shrine. The Pastoral Visitation was concluded with a short prayer
and benediction.
