The Capuchin Franciscan Friars’ 9th Ordinary Chapter of St. Charles
Lwanga Custody – Uganda with the theme: “Living our Brotherhood in
FAITH, HOPE & CHARITY as Witnesses of the Gospel” held at St. Padre
Pio Friary, Kabulamuliro, Kampala – Uganda. The Chapter has elected
Br. John Fortunate Baluku, OFM.Cap as Custos, Br. Stephen Kabiito
OFM.Cap as First Councilor, and Br. Leo Lobo as Second Councilor.
The President of the Chapter was Br. John Alwyn Dias OFM. Cap,
Provincial Minister, Holy Trinity Province, Karnataka – India. Br
Vijesh Loyed Menezes, Provincial Secretary and Br Elvin Lopes,
Provincial Secretary were present as Observers.
