Hyderabad-Karnataka freedom celebration
We in Sneha Jyothi Vidyalaya celebrated the Hyderabad-Karnataka freedom on 17th Sep, 2013. It's a great occasion for those who live here in this region (Bidar, Gulbarga, Yadagiri, Raichur and Koppal). The place was under the clutches of Nijams. Though India became free in this1947 but Hyderabad-Karnataka was not free from the Nijam's rule. It was freed only in 17th Sep, 1948. Fr. Deepak Rayappa was the chief guest for the program and Fr. Joe, the manager of the school were present.
