WELCOME TO HOLY TRINITY PROVINCE

Inter-parish youth competitions at Bhalki Zone:-
Inter parish competitions in various fields were held at Infant Jesus Shrine, Bhalki on the 22nd of September, 2013. The event was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the dignitaries. Bro. Victor Crasta, OFM Cap. delivered the message for the youth. He requested the youth to play a clean game and maintain the sportsmanship in every field. The competitions were held in the following items:- Rangoli, Drawing, Dance, Singing, quiz, tableaux, Bhajans, Volleyball, throw ball, tug-of-war (pulling the rope), running, relay, etc. More than 100 youth from 4 parishes (Holy Redeemer Parish, Bhalki, St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Halbarga, Milagres Church – Hulsoor, St. Joseph the worker Parish – Muchalamba) took active part in all the events. Prizes were distributed by Fr. Joseph Rodrigues – the parish priest of Bhalki, Fr. Victor Vas, the diocesan youth director, Fr. Stany Goveas, the director designate of Bhalki parish and Bro. Victor Crasta of Anugraha. St. Francis of Assisi Parish – Halbarga, run by the Capuchins under the leadership of Fr. Francis Fernandes, the sisters and others came out as the champion of the day securing the highest points in all the events. The hard work put up by the youth and the team of Halbarga was seen in the champion trophy that was received by the youth and the director at the tremendous applause by the audience.
