BROTHER PANCRATIUS’ FINAL JOURNEY

Br Pancratius Gerald Pinto left us for heaven on 7 September, 2014. His mortal remains were brought from Father Muller Hospital to Trinity Vihar on 9 September and were paid last respects by the members of Trinity Vihar, Staff and Students of Trinity Central School. Later the body was taken to Perampally and from the circle to the Church a huge crowd of mourners along with the band accompanied him. Most Rev Dr Gerald Lobo, Bishop of Udupi offered a concelebrated mass for the repose of the person of Br Pancratius.

Later, the mortal remains were taken to Monte Mariano where after a concelebrated mass by the Vicar General of Managlore, Msgr Denis Moras, along with more than 70 priests. Br Pancratius was laid to rest in the Friary Cemetery.
