Youth Retreat Youth Retreat 2017 led by Fr Augustine
Vallooran and his team and organised by the Capuchin Friars of Mangalore
received an amazing response on its first day. Rev Bishop Aloysius Paul
Dsouza inaugurated the three day retreat specially organized for the
Youth at Divine Mercy Retreat Centre, Bejai Mangalore here on 29th of
September 2017. In his inaugural address during holy Eucharist at 9 am
Rev Bishop Aloysius invited the youth to seek and experience the touch
of the Lord. Fr Dominic OFM from Divine Retreat Centre, Potta preached
an inspiring homily thus giving a beautiful start to this great
spiritual event. Later Maria Sangeetha, Glen and Theresa continued their
sessions. First day retreat concluded with the Eucharistic adoration by
Fr Dominic at 5pm. Around 1600 people participated. Tea/coffee and lunch
was provided to all the participants.
