Dear Friend, The Seraphic Mission
Association has been in existence in the Capuchin -Franciscan Order
since 1899 and has been approved and blessed by the Roman Catholic
Church. The Seraphic Mission Association provides the missions with
financial assistance through donations and offerings for Enrollments
and Mass intentions. In return, missionaries remember at Mass and in
prayer those who correspond with the Seraphic Mission Association.
Give a spiritual gift of membership in the Seraphic Mission
Association:
As a memorial for the deceased . . .
As an expression of sympathy . . .
In celebration of a special occasion
Do you know someone who is celebrating
a special day or is in need of a special word of encouragement or
consolation? A Seraphic Mission Association Enrollment is the
perfect way to show that you care. Whether it's a happy occasion
like a baptism, birthday, or wedding - or if the one you love is in
need of healing from an illness or is mourning a loss, this
spiritual remembrance will surely be welcomed.
When you enroll a friend or loved one in the Seraphic Mission
Association they will share in special Novena Masses offered
throughout the year. They also are remembered in the Masses, daily
prayers, sacrifices and good works of the Capuchin Franciscan Friars
and other missionary priests throughout the world.

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace,
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy;
O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be
consoled as to console;
to be understood as to understand;
to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive;
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
